By accessing our website at www.vitaranch.us, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LoneStar VitaRanch is owned and operated by LoneStar Tracking, headquartered in Fischer, Texas. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

LoneStar VitaRanch provides ranch monitoring hardware and associated subscription services including:

• GPS cattle ear tags with satellite and cellular connectivity
• Cellular and satellite water tank level monitors
• Electric fence voltage monitors
• Web and mobile monitoring dashboard access

Product specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change. We make every effort to ensure accuracy in our product descriptions and pricing, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect information.

3. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
• By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
• Volume discounts are applied automatically based on quantity ordered.

4. Subscription Services

Our monitoring devices require active subscription plans for data transmission and dashboard access:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Devices will stop transmitting data if the associated subscription lapses.
• We may modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping, please contact us.
• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

• We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on most products.
• Products must be returned in new condition with original packaging.
• Wildlife and cattle GPS ear tags are not eligible for returns due to their nature, but are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Product Warranty

All LoneStar VitaRanch products come with a limited manufacturer warranty:

• GPS cattle ear tags: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Water tank monitors: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Electric fence monitors: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, lightning, or normal wear.
• Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our monitoring products are tools to assist in ranch management and are not substitutes for direct observation and care of livestock, water resources, or fencing:

• We are not liable for losses resulting from device malfunction, connectivity interruptions, or delayed alerts.
• We are not liable for livestock loss, property damage, or personal injury arising from reliance on our products.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.
• We are not responsible for third-party network outages (cellular or satellite providers).

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our products or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with our devices or software
• Access other users' accounts or data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of our website or services
• Use our products to track people without their consent

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LoneStar Tracking / LoneStar VitaRanch and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Governing Law
